Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Thomas Nii Quarcoo Tetteh has led Phil-Teck Co. Ltd. since founding it in 2001, bringing over 24 years of hands-on construction and project management experience to the company. His vision has transformed Phil-Teck from a construction contractor into a comprehensive civil engineering and construction firm trusted by Ghana's leading public and private sector organisations.
Thomas holds professional certifications from both Ghana and the United Kingdom, including Quantity Surveying Part II (UK) and Construction Technician Courses Part I & II. Prior to founding Phil-Teck, he served as Project Manager at Northbridge Co. Ltd., where he honed his expertise in large-scale project delivery.

Quantity Surveyor
Expert in pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying services, including cost planning, tendering, and financial administration of construction projects.
Structural Engineer
Specialises in design and construction supervision of structural works. Brings technical rigour and practical site experience to every project.
Structural Engineer (PhD)
Extensive experience in the design and construction supervision of highway and drainage projects. Proficient in finite element analysis of irregular structures and dynamic wind and earthquake analysis. Key projects: Dumasi, Awunakrom, Togbekrom Resettlements.
Geomatic Engineer & Surveyor
Specialises in topographical surveys and geomatic engineering, providing precise project baselines for roads, buildings, and drainage works.
Resident Engineer — Civil Works
Experienced resident engineer overseeing all civil engineering works on site, ensuring quality assurance, safety compliance, and contract adherence throughout the construction phase.
Civil Engineer — Road Design
Over 7 years of experience in transportation and highway engineering. Key projects: Teleku-Bokazo Partial Resettlement, Subika & Gyedu Bypass Realignment, Buena Vista Estates (Beach Road, Accra).
Drainage Engineer
Over 12 years of experience specialising in hydrology, hydraulics, and urban drainage. Key projects: Awunakrom Resettlement, Togbekrom Resettlement, International Maritime Hospital (GPHA).
Pavement / Geotechnical Engineer
Over 16 years of experience in soils and materials investigations. Expertise in pavement design methods and geotechnical engineering. Key projects: Dumasi, Awunakrom, Togbekrom Resettlements; International Maritime Hospital.
Quantity Surveyor
Over 12 years of professional experience in pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying, including estimating, tendering, cost planning, and administration. Key projects: Kenyasi No. 2 Resettlement (Newmont), Ahafo Roads (Newmont), Salman Resettlement (Adamus Resources).
